All business transactions between clients and Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs are conducted based on the terms and conditions defined here. By placing an order with Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth on this website.

1. Purchase of Services

1.1 By placing an order via our website, phone, or email, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

1.2 Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs is a private hire vehicle operator. We accept booking requests only through official channels (website, phone, or email). Our chauffeurs are not authorized to accept direct bookings or payments.

1.3 The contract for any booking is exclusively between Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs and the client, including agents, companies, or individuals.

1.4 All payments must be made directly to Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs.

1.5 We reserve the right to cancel any booking based on availability or unforeseen circumstances. Notification of cancellation will be provided through email, phone, or text.

2. Reservations

2.1 Bookings should ideally be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure the availability of a suitable vehicle.

2.2 Quotes and bookings require the client’s full contact details, including full name, contact number, and email address. Failure to provide these details may result in an inability to process the booking.

3. Online Bookings

3.1 Online bookings are subject to approval. Errors in online maps or quotes may occur, and Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs reserves the right to correct any such errors and issue refunds where necessary.

3.2 All online prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

3.3 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for online bookings. For urgent bookings (less than 24 hours), please contact our reservations team.

3.4 Additional charges may apply for bookings between 22:00 and 05:30, public holidays, or travel through congestion charge zones.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1 Personal information collected during bookings will be treated confidentially and used only for service provision and internal marketing.

4.2 Your email will be added to our mailing list upon booking. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4.3 Payment information is not stored but is securely encrypted by third-party payment processors.

5. Single and Return Journeys

5.1 Return journeys on the same day may incur waiting time charges, especially for events or journeys outside London.

5.2 For events such as sports matches or concerts, additional charges may apply for waiting times and parking.

6. Waiting Time

6.1 Complimentary waiting time is offered: 45 minutes for airport pickups, 30 minutes for private flights (FBOs), and 15 minutes for all other journeys.

6.2 After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting time charges will apply in 15-minute increments.

7. Payments

7.1 All charges must be paid in advance unless the client holds a pre-approved credit account.

7.2 We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Amex. However, card charges are non-refundable in the event of cancellations.

7.3 Online prices include 20% VAT.

7.4 Any additional waiting time or parking charges incurred during the journey will be charged to the debit or credit card used for the booking.

7.5 A £25 + VAT charge applies to any stops made during the journey.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

8.1 Cancellations must be acknowledged by Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs during office hours. Failure to do so may result in full booking charges.

8.2 For weddings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. If canceled within 48 hours of the booking, 100% of the fee will be charged.

8.3 Hourly bookings and airport transfers are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy, while events and out-of-town bookings require 48-hour notice.

8.4 No-shows or cancellations after the hire has commenced will result in a 100% charge.

9. Chauffeurs & Cars

9.1 Chauffeurs will drive at reasonable speeds, choosing the safest and most efficient route unless otherwise requested by the client.

9.2 Excessive luggage, as deemed by the chauffeur, may not be carried.

9.3 We reserve the right to switch vehicles based on availability and ensure timely arrivals.

9.4 Sub-contracted vehicles may be used where necessary, and Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs will ensure all vehicles meet our standards.

9.5 Passengers who appear intoxicated or pose a threat will be refused travel.

10. Responsibilities

10.1 Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs accept no liability for lost or damaged luggage unless caused by our negligence. Lost property will be returned at the client’s expense.

10.2 We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10.3 Damage to vehicles caused by the client will be charged to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.

11. Account Services

11.1 Clients wishing to use account services must open an account with Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs.

11.2 Bookings made through the account must include the account name or number for authorization.

11.3 Clients are liable for all charges related to bookings made using their account.

11.4 All invoices must be paid within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments will incur interest at 10% per annum.

11.5 Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs reserves the right to set credit limits for account holders.

12. General Exceptions

12.1 Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, such as weather events, strikes, or accidents.

12.2 In the event of a vehicle breakdown or accident, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle but cannot guarantee timely service.

13. Complaints

13.1 Complaints should be raised during the hire period for immediate resolution. If unresolved, complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the hire.

13.2 Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs will acknowledge complaints within 14 days and provide a response within 28 days.

14. Zero Tolerance Policy

14.1 We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, discrimination, and abuse. Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of services, with no refund provided.

15. Fraud

15.1 If any fraudulent activity is suspected, Yorkshire Elite Chauffeurs reserves the right to cancel bookings without prior notice and report the activity to the relevant authorities.
